This role is central to driving financial accuracy, cost optimization, and operational efficiency across our Managed IT, Cloud, and Cybersecurity service lines. Key Responsibilities
Technical Skills
• Analyze direct and indirect costs across IT operations and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain cost allocation models for multi-departmental projects.
• Prepare budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis with insights.
• Track project costs, including labor, software, tools, and third-party services.
• Maintain accurate IT asset, software license, and depreciation records.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives
• Manage tax filings, compliance, provisions, and forecasting.
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Academic & Professional Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum CPA II or equivalent certification
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in an MSP or tech-driven sector
